How long will my Tru Strands order take to arrive?

Each wig is quality-checked and packaged with care before shipping. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and preparation. Once shipped, delivery within Ireland and the UK typically takes 3–5 business days, and international orders may take 7–10 business days, depending on customs and local couriers. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio, so you can follow every step of its journey to you.

How do I take care of my wig to keep it looking brand new?

Treat your Tru Strands unit like you would your own hair. Wash gently with asulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, detangling with a wide-tooth comb from ends to roots. Always air-dry on a mannequin head or hanger and avoid sleeping in your wig to prevent tangling. If using heat tools, apply a protectant spray and keep temperatures moderate (no higher than 180°C). Store your wig in the satin storage bag provided to maintain softness and shine. With consistent care, your Tru Strands wig can last 12 months or longer.

Can I return or exchange my wig?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a wig has been opened, tried on, or removed from its original packaging. Each unit is carefully inspected, styled, and quality-checked before it leaves our studio to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
